   • ※The "SOLIT at home" service can be used up to two times per item.
   • ※The shipping fee includes round-trip shipping.

   After order confirmation, items will be delivered to your home within approximately one month.

   • ※It may take some time for some items to be shipped. We appreciate your understanding.
   • ※Please do not damage or lose the box used for delivery and the slip attached to it, as it will also be used when returning the item.

   You will also receive a free shipping coupon to use when purchasing the item.

   Try on and explore to your heart's delight in the comfort of your own home.

   If necessary, you can ask for advice via LINE, e-mail, or zoom.

   Return the item in the same box as when it was delivered within 10 days of the delivery completion message.

   • ※Please do not alter, wash, clean, or iron the item and return it as is.
   • ※Please return the item from Yamato Transport.
   

Notes on try-on

In order to ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy trying on the items, we ask that you please review the following precautions when trying on the items.

• Please try on the items in a room where you do not walk on the ground.
• Please be careful not to get dirt, scratches, or odors on your skin.
• Please do not try on the garments directly on the skin.
• Please do not alter, wash, clean, or iron the garments.
• Please return the items within 10 days of the delivery completion message.
• Please observe the rental deadline due to the limited number of items available for try-on.
