Returns and Exchanges
Q. Can I return or exchange my order?
A. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons, since we make the products in the size and design requested by the customer.
We will exchange the product for a good one only if it is defective.
Q. Can you give a receipt for my order?
A. If you would like us to issue a receipt, please contact us from the "Contact Us" page, select "Other" for your inquiry, and let us know about the issuance of a receipt.
Q. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. We will begin production immediately after confirming payment, and delivery usually takes about 45 days. During busy times, it may take longer. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date. We will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail.
