Selling price of goods	Each product will be sold at the price indicated for each product on each product page.
Time of payment for goods	Credit card payment must be completed at the same time as the product purchase application. The timing of payment from the purchaser to the credit card company is subject to the agreement between each credit card company.
Method of payment for goods	Payment will be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB).
Delivery time of goods	Shipment will be made within 45 days after the credit card payment is completed(Shipping outside Japan can take longer).
Cancellation or withdrawal of contract application	Orders can be cancelled until 6:00 p.m. the day after the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after that time; please go to “Contact Us” on the EC site, select “Change/Cancel Order” and send us the details of your order. Except in such cases, the Company cannot return, cancel, withdraw the contract application, or cancel the contract for the purchaser's convenience (in cases where the Company is not responsible). Liability of distributor in case of contractual non-conformity	In the event of a defective product, the wrong product, or any other product that does not conform to the terms of the contract in terms of type or quality, the product will be replaced or repaired free of charge, with shipping costs paid by the Company at the time of return shipment. In such cases, the purchaser shall send the product to the Company, payment on delivery, together with a printout of the purchase completion page of the product and any other documentation showing that the product was purchased from the Company. However, if replacement or repair is difficult, we may, at our discretion, substitute replacement or repair by refunding the product price and shipping charges. In addition, our liability for damages caused by defective products, wrong products, or other products that do not conform to the terms of the contract in terms of type or quality shall be limited to the extent of damages that could ordinarily arise, and shall be limited to 10,000 yen per order (This limitation shall not apply in the event of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company).
