SOLIT allows you to customize your outfit to your taste and body in over 1,600 combinations.
You will be able to place your order through a 3-step process on the website where you can order online.

  • STEP1. Select type of clothing, such as jacket, shirt, pants, etc.
  • STEP2. Choose the shape, size, length, and specifications to your liking
  • STEP3. Order customized

Production will begin upon request and will be delivered to you.


SOLIT products can be washed at home.
When washing, please put all products in a laundry net, and check the handling picture and precautions on the laundry label (care label).
In addition, when hanging drying, please hang the garment after shaping it to reduce the ironing time.

Please refer to the following for the laundry label.

1 Gently wash in water below 40°C (104°F)
2 Do not use bleach.
3 Do not use a drum dryer
4 Hanging drying in the shade is recommended.
5 Ironing at medium temperature is fine.
6 Dry cleanable, but we recommend washing at home
7 Wet cleaning should be gentle.


Replacement and repair (if you received the wrong item(s) from your order)

If you receive an item that is different from the customization you ordered, we will repair it free of charge.
We will bear the return shipping costs. Please return the items to the address below, freight collect. We do not specify a shipping company.

SOLIT offers alterations such as hemming of bottoms and jacket sleeve lengths to ensure longer wear.

If you wish to return an item for your own reasons (e.g., the size does not fit, you ordered the wrong size, etc.)

All SOLIT products are completely custom-made to order, and as a rule, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.
If you wish to have the size adjusted, please understand that there will be a charge for this service and send the item back to us prepaid (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).

If you wish to return an item for our own reasons (e.g., defective product or incorrect delivery)

Please send it back to us by cash on delivery (we will bear the shipping costs). We do not specify the shipping company.

Risks and Cautions

SOLIT's products are planned and manufactured in collaboration with medical and welfare professionals and people who have issues with clothing, and then each product is checked multiple times during the production, inspection, and try-on stages.
However, depending on how the product is handled, it may cause injury or an accident, so please take the following precautions.

  • Magnetic buttons affect pacemakers
  • Allergic reaction due to plating of magnetic buttons
  • Magnet button may pinch fingers, hair, etc. when sucking and releasing
  • Magnetic buttons attract metal around you. Be especially careful when using needles, etc.
  • Accidental ingestion by infants, children, or animals when buttons or magnetic buttons are removed
  • Stasis of blood when lifting up sleeves due to elastic ribs at the cuffs of jackets and shirts
  • Magnetic buttons on shirts and jackets are easier to install, but are more likely to come off than normal buttons. We recommend that you wear underwear, choose one size larger or with hook and loop fasteners, etc., just in case.

About Orders

From order to delivery

Scheduled delivery date

At SOLIT, we do not produce unnecessary products.
Since the products are manufactured at our factory after receiving your order, please allow 45 days for delivery to your doorstep. (Additional time will be required in case of overseas transportation.)

How to Order

We do not sell in-store; orders can only be placed through the SOLIT EC site.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled until 6:00 p.m. the day after the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after that time.

About Settlement

You can choose from the following payment methods

Payment by credit card

The following credit cards are accepted
  • The date of use is the date of your order. The debit date is the settlement date of your credit card company.
  • We only accept "lump-sum payment" and do not accept "installment payment" or "bonus lump-sum payment.
  • Credit cards other than in your name will not be accepted.
  • Credit card payment (e-collect) is not available upon arrival of goods.
  • If you choose to pay by credit card, you must enter the security code.
  • When entering the credit card holder, please use single-byte alphabetical characters.

Orders are shipped by Yamato Transport.
Shipping is a flat rate of 800 yen (tax included) throughout Japan.
